Training Consultancy Director

AI

Training Consultancy Directors lead businesses that help other organizations teach their staff new skills. They work out what companies need to improve, design learning programmes, and make sure training actually works.

The role

What a training consultancy director actually does, day to day.

As a Training Consultancy Director, you run a team that helps businesses teach their people better. You meet with clients to understand what skills their staff need, then design training programmes that fit. You lead your team of training consultants, making sure they do great work and keep getting better at what they do.

Most days you will be talking to clients about their challenges, reviewing training plans your team has created, and checking that the training actually makes a difference. You will set the direction for the business, hire talented people, manage the finances and stay on top of what works well in training and education right now.
