Criminology, the study of crime and its social and psychological contexts, spans diverse fields like criminal justice, sociology, psychology, law, and social policy. This course covers topics such as honor-based violence, gangs, cybercrime, and immigration-related crime. In the second year, students gain industry experience and undertake a 10-week work placement in prison, enhancing their skills and employability.
