In most business contexts, legal and commercial considerations are inseparable: contracts, employment law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property all sit at the boundary of the two disciplines. Studying them together gives you a coherent understanding of how organisations operate in environments shaped by both market forces and legal obligations.
