Post it free. Today.
Posting a work experience opportunity on the board costs nothing and needs no procurement conversation. There is no student data changing hands either way: students browse Careermash with no account to sign up for, so there is no list of them to buy from us. What we sell instead is contextual presence, your business shown next to the career it actually leads to.

Post an opportunity
In-person placements, virtual sessions, insight days and T-level placements: set who it is for, and once a person has checked it, it appears on the board with your own apply link or email. Students apply direct to you, not through us.
Post one now →Apprenticeship listings from the national service
Taken from the government's national Find an apprenticeship service (June 2026 snapshot), real employers already show up on our vacancies board, with no action needed from you to appear there.
See the board →No accounts, no student data
Every card, quiz and deck on Careermash works with no student login. That is not a policy choice we could reverse for the right price: the list simply does not exist, for you or for anyone else.
You apply direct, they apply direct
We do not sit between you and a candidate. Your listing carries your own contact details, and every apprenticeship vacancy links straight to its official page on the national service.
See who's already listed
An employer directory already exists, one page per organisation, on our older design. It is real and live today, just due a rebuild before it moves over here.
The current directory, being rebuilt →Claim what already carries your name.
Right now, if your organisation is hiring apprentices through the national service, you may already be one of the employers listed on our vacancies board, with no way to add a logo, a line about who you are, or a link back to your own site. That claimed-listings layer does not exist yet: it is the next thing we build, with the employers who register interest now shaping what it needs to do.
Because students never have accounts, there is no marketing list behind any of this, ours or a claimed listing's. What a claimed listing or a paid placement buys is contextual presence: visibility to a student already reading about the career your opportunity leads to, not a cold audience pulled from anywhere.
Talk to us before that: see whether you are already listed, or post an opportunity the free way today.
