Psychology with Business Psychology with a Year in Professional Practice

Business psychology applies the methods and insights of psychological science to the world of work. It draws on our understanding of how people think, perceive, and feel to address practical questions about organisations: how leaders motivate teams, how decisions are made under uncertainty, what drives workplace wellbeing, and how organisations can be designed to bring out the best in the people within them. The psychology foundation of the programme develops your understanding of research methods, statistics, cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, and biological approaches to behaviour.
