Placements in a wide variety of London settings are central to the degree, giving you direct experience of the diverse educational contexts the capital offers, from early years provision and secondary schools to community education, adult learning, and informal educational organisations. The practical dimension of the programme is integrated with your academic study, ensuring that theory and practice continuously inform each other. Graduates of work-based education degrees enter careers in teaching and educational support, community education, youth work, social care, training and development roles in business and the public sector, educational research, and policy.
