Biomedical sciences with entrepreneurship is designed for students who want to combine deep scientific knowledge of health and disease with the skills to translate that knowledge into products, services, and organisations that make a difference. Biomedical sciences covers the biological and chemical foundations of medicine, from cell biology, genetics, and biochemistry through to immunology, pharmacology, and the molecular mechanisms of disease. Entrepreneurship adds the frameworks and practical skills needed to take scientific ideas through to commercial or social applications: identifying opportunities, understanding markets, developing business models, managing innovation, and navigating the complex regulatory and funding landscapes of the life sciences sector.
